Our well-established clients based in Potters Bar are currently seeking a talented Junior Litigator (of 5 years PQE+) to join their expanding Litigation Team.

Essential Knowledge and Experience

  • Residential possession proceedings
  • General contract disputes and claims
  • Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules across both the County Court and the High Court
  • Experience acting for both Claimants and Defendants
  • Contentious probate matters and Inheritance Act claims

Desired Knowledge and Experience

  • Commercial and residential property matters, including leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
  • 1954 Act claims for both landlord and tenant
  • Adverse possession cases and actions involving squatters

Essential Skills

  • Commercially aware with excellent organisational ability
  • Confident in handling a varied and active caseload
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to manage and communicate clearly with clients
