The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, understanding Residential Conveyancing processes, legal forms, and experience using the Land Registry Portal and Lender Exchange. Excellent secretarial and keyboard skills, including audio digital dictation (BigHand), are essential to support the Property Fee Earner effectively.
