Our well-established client law firm is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their talented Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.

Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters.
- You will provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.
- Draft and review legal documents, including Wills, LPA’s (Powers of Attorney), and Trust Deeds.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth Administration of Estates.
- Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Support business development activities to build and grow the Wills, Trusts and Probate offering in their Branch.
Skills & Requirements
- A Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 to 5 years PQE in Wills and Probate and Estate Planning is ideally preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Inheritance Tax Act 1984 and the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1987.
- Excellent working knowledge of Lexcel, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, the SRA’s Code of Conduct for Solicitors and other applicable Regulatory/Compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Please note: This role will not suit those without prior experience in this practice area. It is essential to have a good understanding of Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning as you will be entering into a structured Private Client Team, where you will manage a busy caseload.
