The Firm:
Our clients based in Harpenden are currently expanding and are seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer with own client following to add to their professional team dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters along with knowledge of buying and selling blocks of flats/HMOs and other types of commercial investment properties. They would be pleased to consider Commercial Property Solicitors who are used to working with a quality UK based caseload in an established legal practice and who is used to networking, having access to commercial agents.
About You:
You will be an enthusiastic Commercial Property Solicitor, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice to include:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Development
- Asset management
- Business asset sales/purchases
The Role:
Our clients are looking for someone who is confident in dealing with a mixed UK client base comprising well established SMEs, owner managed businesses, lending institutions, property investors and developers, as well as high net worth private clients, where you will be joining a team of skilled solicitors and support staff.
Skills & Requirements:
An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor - 5-10 yrs pqe with own client following and someone with great networking skills.
