Role Overview
They are seeking a highly motivated Solicitor with a minimum of 4+ years post-qualification experience to join their team in Luton. The successful candidate will take a lead role in their Family Law Department, while also supervising matters in Immigration, Wills, and Non-Contentious Probate. This is a team leader position, requiring strong technical expertise, management skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, children matters, and domestic abuse cases.
- Strong advocacy skill required to represent clients at court
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior team members handling immigration, wills, and probate files.
- Ensure high standards of client care and compliance with regulatory obligations.
- Act as a team leader, supporting colleagues with professional development and fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Contribute to business growth through networking, client relationship management, and participation in marketing initiatives.
- Oversee file management, billing, and time recording to meet targets.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4+ years PQE, with a strong track record in Family Law.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of immigration, wills, and probate matters.
