Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Compliance Counsel at Legally.io. The Compliance Counsel will oversee the alignment of the company’s operations with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research
- Supporting the creation and review of legal documents
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Providing strategic legal advice
- Evaluating current practices and identifying areas of improvement
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Legal Research, and Risk Management
