This is a remote, contract role for a Compliance Counsel at Legally.io. The Compliance Counsel will oversee the alignment of the company’s operations with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting legal research
  • Supporting the creation and review of legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing strategic legal advice
  • Evaluating current practices and identifying areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Legal Research, and Risk Management

  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Dutch, French, or Spanish) is a plus
