Key responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting: Identify high‑potential legal and enterprise accounts across the UK and US and drive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Lead qualification & nurturing: Initiate intelligent conversations and guide potential clients through the first stages of the funnel.
  • Pipeline development: Book and manage discovery calls for our Account Executives and ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities.
  • Regional insight: Monitor trends and insights across the UK and US legal sectors to inform our go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Work with marketing, product and sales to provide field‑level insights and help iterate GTM campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English speaker (written and spoken).
  • Based in London with flexibility to come to our office and willingness to adapt working hours to cover US time zones or travel when needed.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales or business development, ideally with outreach into the UK and US market.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast‑paced startup or scale‑up tech/SaaS environments, showing adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Hands‑on experience with sales enablement tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce, and email automation platforms.
  • Proven ability in cold calling, email outreach and lead qualification.
  • Motivated to develop a career at LEGALFLY, potentially into a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Smart, inquisitive and possessing strong emotional intelligence.

Team and Management: You will join the Sales Development team led by our Head of Marketing, Gabby MacSweeney, alongside 7 other SDRs. The team works from either our HQ in Ghent (Belgium) or our London office.
