Legales Executive Search is working with a prominent corporate law firm in Wales to appoint two Welsh-bilingual Associate Solicitors: one in Employment and one in Company Commercial. These roles offer high-quality work, excellent client exposure and the chance to contribute to a firm where bilingual service is a core strength.

Employment Associate

You will manage a varied Employment caseload, from day-to-day HR matters to more complex disputes. Welsh fluency is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Advising on contracts, policies and handbooks
• Managing grievances, disciplinaries and investigations
• TUPE, redundancies and organisational change
• Supporting on Employment Tribunal matters
• Producing bilingual advice and documentation

Ideal profile:

• Strong post-qualification Employment Law experience
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Confident, pragmatic judgement
• Fluent Welsh speaker

Company Commercial Associate

You will advise a wide range of commercial clients on contracts, governance and strategic commercial issues, while assisting with major transactions. Welsh fluency is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Advising on terms of business and shareholder matters
• Supporting broader corporate transactions
• Providing bilingual commercial advice

Ideal profile:

• Solid Company Commercial experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation ability
• Good commercial awareness
• Fluent Welsh speaker
