This is a pivotal, board-level role shaping the people and culture agenda across a multi-site healthcare platform, embedding best-in-class talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development to support rapid expansion.
🔍 Your Mission
As CPO, you will:
- Lead the people strategy across the UK & Ireland, aligning with ambitious growth plans
- Partner with the CEO and PE stakeholders on board-level decision making
- Build scalable HR structures for a multi-site, clinical workforce (medical, dental, diagnostics, and support services)
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and cultural transformation
- Lead post-acquisition people integration and change management
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organisation
✅ What You’ll Bring
- Senior HR leadership experience in large-scale, multi-site healthcare or related services
- Proven track record in a PE-backed or high-growth business
- Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
- Experience leading HR in a regulated, clinical environment
- Gravitas to operate at board level and influence private equity partners
- Fluent English (Irish market experience desirable)
💼 The Package
- £200,000–£230,000 base salary
