This is a pivotal, board-level role shaping the people and culture agenda across a multi-site healthcare platform, embedding best-in-class talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development to support rapid expansion.

🔍 Your Mission

As CPO, you will:

  • Lead the people strategy across the UK & Ireland, aligning with ambitious growth plans
  • Partner with the CEO and PE stakeholders on board-level decision making
  • Build scalable HR structures for a multi-site, clinical workforce (medical, dental, diagnostics, and support services)
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and cultural transformation
  • Lead post-acquisition people integration and change management
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior HR leadership experience in large-scale, multi-site healthcare or related services
  • Proven track record in a PE-backed or high-growth business
  • Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and cultural transformation
  • Experience leading HR in a regulated, clinical environment

  • Fluent English (Irish market experience desirable)
