Job Description

We're looking for a Test Analyst to join our Transactional Member Communications team within Retail Legal & General. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring customer communication solutions are tested thoroughly and delivered to a high standard. You'll work alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, Comms Managers and Test Leads, helping to make sure new functionality delivers the right outcomes for customers and the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering business acceptance testing across projects and change initiatives
  • Reviewing requirements and test artefacts throughout delivery lifecycles
  • Producing test plans, scripts, evidence and audit documentation
  • Executing test scenarios and validating outcomes against requirements
  • Logging, managing and retesting defects through JIRA or similar tools
  • Supporting governance, controls and testing best practice
  • Collaborating with developers, analysts and product stakeholders
  • Communicating testing progress, risks and recommendations

Who we're looking for:

  • Experience in Business Acceptance Testing or User Acceptance Testing
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
  • Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools
  • Ability to create and maintain testing documentation
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
  • Exposure to pensions, insurance, financial services or another regulated industry would be beneficial
  • Knowledge SQL or Customer Communications Management platforms would be advantageous
