Are you motivated by helping partners grow, developing strong relationships, and driving high-quality performance? We are looking for a Regional Performance Manager to join our Distribution team and play a key role in supporting our partner accounts across the Protection market. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence strategy, improve sales capability, and help deliver sustainable growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering annual sales plans in partnership with Account Directors and Account Relationship Managers
  • Identifying trends and analysing partner performance to recommend meaningful improvements
  • Implementing agreed sales plans to support profitable business growth
  • Maintaining strong product, market, and regulatory knowledge to confidently support partner firms
  • Supporting improvements in sales quality to align with customer experience and fairness standards
  • Designing and delivering engaging one-to-one and group training sessions to strengthen sales capability
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure partner firms receive excellent service
  • Seeking new opportunities to grow Protection business within partner firms

Qualifications:

  • Strong relationship-management skills and experience partnering with client or distributor accounts
  • Ability to analyse performance, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training or coaching
  • Knowledge of Protection products, sales processes, and the wider market (or willingness to develop this)
  • Understanding of current and emerging regulatory considerations within the Protection space
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to support sustainable growth strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
  • Well-organised and self-motivated, able to manage time effectively and prioritise key activities
