What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the development of products that meet the needs, characteristics and objectives of our target market
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of evolving product propositions and regulatory changes
- Ensuring product developments comply with internal and regulatory policies before launch
- Undertaking Post Launch Reviews in line with governance processes
- Contributing to IGC Mastertrust and Consumer Duty reports to evidence value for money and good outcomes
- Managing the Product Hub SharePoint site to ensure content is accurate and accessible
- Supporting risk management by recording and reviewing risks with the Operational Risk team
- Conducting customer research and product testing to ensure propositions meet customer needs
Qualifications:
- A 2:1 degree in any discipline
- Curiosity and a desire to learn and innovate to deliver excellent customer outcomes
- Knowledge of Workplace Savings products and relevant regulations (desirable)
- Awareness of market dynamics and trends in the Workplace Savings space (desirable)
- A passion for identifying opportunities to enhance customer support
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Experience in a provider asset manager or EBC environment with an understanding of corporate client needs (desirable)
