Join our Workplace Savings team at Legal & General where you’ll play a key role in maintaining market-leading compliant fund propositions. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the ongoing management of Workplace Savings funds
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes
- Assisting with data reporting activities including responsible investment disclosures
- Analysing fund-related activity such as pricing errors and corporate actions
- Producing materials for internal and external investment governance forums
- Following the Risk Management Framework and reviewing identified risks
- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Reviewing product performance to ensure good customer outcomes
Qualifications:
- Curiosity and a desire to develop knowledge of the Workplace pensions market
- Good understanding of UK pensions and fund management regulations
- Experience producing clear and insightful reports and MI
- Ability to analyse data and identify risks or inconsistencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for improving customer experience and outcomes
- Confidence in building relationships across teams and seniority levels
- Commitment to working inclusively and collaboratively
