Product Investment Oversight Administrator

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the ongoing management of Workplace Savings funds
• Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes
• Assisting with data reporting activities including responsible investment disclosures
• Analysing fund-related activity such as pricing errors and corporate actions
• Producing materials for internal and external investment governance forums
• Following the Risk Management Framework and reviewing identified risks
• Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Reviewing product performance to ensure good customer outcomes

Qualifications:

• Curiosity and a desire to develop knowledge of the Workplace pensions market
• Good understanding of UK pensions and fund management regulations
• Experience producing clear and insightful reports and MI
• Ability to analyse data and identify risks or inconsistencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for improving customer experience and outcomes
• Confidence in building relationships across teams and seniority levels
• Commitment to working inclusively and collaboratively
