L&G Institutional Retirement looks after around 700,000 institutional customers who have their retirement benefits secured with us. Our Institutional Retirement division provides pension risk transfer (PRT) solutions for UK and US defined benefit (DB) schemes, and reinsurance solutions from our global hub in Bermuda. We work with companies, DB pension schemes and their advisors to help them secure and protect scheme members' retirement benefits.

As a Technical Quality Analyst, you will work within the Quality Framework to:
- Review and assess the most complex manual calculations and documents in PRT Client Services.
- Use your knowledge of Defined Benefit Pensions to identify root causes of issues and help the business implement effective solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments on complex manual pension calculations and documentation.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and managers based on QA findings.
- Support the development of QA strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor colleagues and help build technical knowledge across the team.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Defined Benefit pension schemes and related legislation.
- Experience in pension calculations, administration, and quality assurance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
