  • Supporting the monitoring of existing infrastructure investments and sector performance
  • Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure Debt Europe and coordinating with colleagues in North America
  • Managing internal and external relationships with borrowers, counterparties and stakeholders
  • Contributing to client reporting, investment strategy development and ESG integration

Who we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in infrastructure debt investment, likely around 10 years or more
  • Strong exposure to infrastructure transactions across Europe/OECD markets
  • Experience spanning sub‑sectors such as transport, energy, social infrastructure and telecoms/digital infrastructure
  • Strong financial analysis and transaction execution skills
  • Background in credit structuring, rating methodology and/or financial advisory
  • A sound understanding of investment structures and documentation across infrastructure debt transactions
  • Familiarity with ESG or sustainability frameworks and evolving regulation would be beneficial
  • A collaborative, organised and self‑driven approach, with strong judgement and attention to detail

Benefits:

  • Generous pension contribution
  • Life assurance
  • Healthcare plan (permanent employees only)
  • At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays; 26 days after 2 years’ service; option to buy and sell holiday
  • Competitive family leave
  • Electric car scheme (option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice; permanent employees only)
  • Various discounts on our own products and at a range of high street stores and online
  • Commitment to net‑zero carbon workplaces by 2030 through investments in sustainable offices across the UK
