We’re looking for a Senior Control and Quality Analyst to join our Institutional Retirement Client Services team. Offering up to £46,000 depending on experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening quality, risk management and customer outcomes across our Pension Risk Transfer services. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll use your expertise to drive continuous improvement, support operational excellence and help ensure we consistently deliver the right outcomes for our customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Undertaking control testing and quality assurance assessments to a consistently high standard
- Assessing individual performance and process risk in line with the Quality Framework
- Analysing quality outcomes and customer data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
- Providing clear, constructive feedback and coaching to managers and colleagues
- Supporting continuous improvement by recommending and tracking quality and control enhancements
- Reviewing and adapting quality strategies to maintain strong risk management and decision‑making
- Documenting processes and maintaining accurate audit trails throughout the analysis lifecycle
- Supporting the development of colleagues by sharing knowledge, training and best practice
Who we're looking for:
- Good understanding of defined benefit pensions and Pension Risk Transfer products and processes
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, control frameworks and operational risk
- Experience in quality, risk, audit or assurance environments
- Confidence in analysing data and translating insights into practical actions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback
- Strong customer focus with an understanding of good customer outcomes
- Ability to manage priorities, work to deadlines and escalate where appropriate
- Collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
