We’re looking for a dynamic and people‑focused leader to join our Group Protection Claims team. With a competitive salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience. As a Claims Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading high‑performing teams, delivering great customer outcomes and driving continuous improvement across our claims operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, shaping service delivery while supporting and developing others to succeed.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating Team Managers to deliver service, quality and performance outcomes
  • Coaching and developing teams to build capability and drive engagement
  • Delivering excellent customer outcomes through proactive claims management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across operations, underwriting, finance and planning
  • Driving performance through insight, analysis and action planning
  • Improving processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensuring consistency of service, quality and risk management across teams
  • Supporting the delivery of regulatory, compliance and data protection requirements

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading teams in a claims or operational environment
  • Strong people leadership skills with a passion for developing others
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering great outcomes

  • Good understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
