We’re currently recruiting for a Transitions Consultant to join our Award Winning Pension Risk Transfer Business. By joining our Transitions team as a Transitions Consultant, you’ll play a key role in onboarding new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business into L&G. You’ll work closely with trustees, consultants and other internal teams to ensure that benefits are correctly recorded and administered. This is a hybrid working opportunity, which will allow you to work between both your home and the office to find a work-life balance that works for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Analysing scheme benefits and data to support legal agreement drafting
- Ensuring benefit specifications and data are accurate across all teams
- Managing the progress of allocated schemes and responding to communications
- Supporting new business origination and attending site visits
- Advising on administration capabilities and data quality pre-transaction
- Following processes to maintain audit trails throughout onboarding
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to share key updates
- Contributing to excellent customer outcomes through timely and accurate work
Qualifications Who we're looking for:
- Holding a pension qualification such as CII or PMI, or equivalent experience
- Understanding Defined Benefit pension schemes and de-risking processes
- Demonstrating knowledge of relevant legislation including GDPR and TCF
- Communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
- Organising and managing projects effectively
- Prioritising tasks and escalating when needed
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering accurate and cost-effective service with a customer-first mindset
