We are looking for a Fund Finance Manager to join a high‑performing Private Markets team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Real Estate and Infrastructure funds. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting investment decisions, and partnering closely with front office, senior stakeholders and external service providers.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the financial management of a varied portfolio of private markets funds, delivering analysis, forecasting and performance insights
- Preparing and reviewing fund reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with underlying commercial activity
- Providing technical accounting guidance to outsourced fund accounting teams on complex or non-standard transactions
- Reviewing fund valuations and management accounts produced by third-party administrators
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of fund-level operating expenditure including stress testing and value analysis
- Managing fund cashflow planning, including oversight of equity and debt positions
- Reviewing key calculations such as capital calls, distributions, fees and expense allocations
- Acting as a key liaison between investment teams and third-party providers, ensuring clear communication and high-quality financial outputs
Who we're looking for:
- Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience working with fund structures, ideally across private markets or real assets
- Solid understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting and governance frameworks
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Infrastructure valuations, including discounted cashflow methodologies
- Experience of working with outsourced service providers and reviewing third-party outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-focused approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
