We’re recruiting for a Talent Consultant to join us. You will help shape the future of our organisation through strategic talent initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of our talent management strategy ensuring alignment with our company’s goals. You’ll focus on talent identification, development, deployment and succession planning while driving engagement and embedding best practices across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading strategic talent projects and designing development programmes for high‑potential colleagues
- Supporting talent review and succession planning processes with insightful collateral
- Driving adoption of digital tools and analysing talent data to inform decision‑making
- Engaging with stakeholders across HR and the business to embed talent strategies
- Building relationships and understanding of key talent to support critical role placements
- Developing KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of talent initiatives
- Monitoring employee engagement and adapting strategies to improve outcomes
- Delivering Consumer Duty Target training to ensure staff understand their responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Understanding of talent management frameworks and HR technology including analytics tools
- Experience in project management within a talent or HR context
- Insight into employee engagement strategies and measurement approaches
- Familiarity with succession planning and leadership development methodologies
- Awareness of inclusive talent practices and diversity strategies
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise‑wide talent initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
