As a Senior Product Manager in our Product Operations Initiatives team, you'll play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of our product function, ensuring we meet regulatory standards and deliver value to our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the delivery of the annual Assessment of Value and Consumer Duty Value for Money assessments
  • Supporting the design and improvement of operational processes across the Product team
  • Coordinating product lifecycle reviews and tracking resulting actions
  • Collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit to implement governance frameworks
  • Preparing and enhancing management information and reporting for committees and boards
  • Leading the development of templates and tools to support consistent product governance
  • Engaging with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution, Finance and Compliance
  • Presenting at governance committees and contributing to strategic decision-making

Qualifications Who we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrating strong knowledge of asset management and regulatory frameworks
  • Holding a degree or equivalent, with professional qualifications (e.g. IMC, CFA, CAIA) highly desirable
  • Applying experience in product strategy, development and lifecycle management
  • Showing high attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Communicating effectively and building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Managing projects with confidence and clarity across cross-functional teams
  • Understanding pooled product structures including UCITS and non-UCITS
  • Adapting to regulatory change and embedding best practice across the team
