Job Description

We\βre looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team and help shape the future of affordable housing. Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of affordable housing schemes across the Southern Home Counties
- Supporting the sourcing, appraisal and contracting of s106, package deals, land-led and joint venture opportunities
- Collaborating with Finance and Operations to appraise and test schemes against investment parameters
- Leading negotiations with vendors and partners to secure commercially viable deals
- Overseeing the contracting process and ensuring compliance with governance and risk frameworks
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, consultants and internal teams
- Monitoring project delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Promoting inclusive, safe and sustainable development practices across all projects
Qualifications

- Experience in affordable housing acquisitions or development management
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of social housing and regulatory frameworks
