We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DC Investment Analyst to join our Distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career within the defined contribution (DC) investment space, supporting senior stakeholders and gaining exposure to clients, advisers and a broad range of investment solutions. You will play a key role in supporting DC Investment Directors, helping to deliver high-quality investment content, respond to client needs and contribute to the ongoing development of our DC proposition. This role offers strong learning opportunities across investments, pensions and client engagement within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting DC Investment Directors in responding to client and adviser queries by preparing materials and coordinating input from internal stakeholders
- Assisting with creating and maintaining presentations, briefing notes, competitor insights and meeting materials
- Coordinating with Distribution, Product and Investment teams to ensure accurate and consistent responses for RfPs and RfIs
- Supporting the preparation for client and internal meetings, including building agendas, collating materials and following up on actions
- Monitoring market, client and adviser developments and sharing relevant insights with stakeholders
- Building knowledge of the DC market, investment solutions and wider industry trends
- Developing strong internal relationships while proactively supporting team priorities and deliverables
- Ensuring investment materials are clear, accurate and appropriately reviewed while escalating technical queries where required
Who we're looking for:
- Good understanding of investment principles and a strong interest in DC investments
- Awareness of the pensions and DC market, adviser landscape and key investment themes
- Degree-educated or similar academic background
- Progress towards, or interest in, professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA Level 1 desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
- Experience preparing presentations, reports or client-facing materials (academic or professional)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative and keen to learn, with a strong attention to detail and quality of delivery
