Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Client Onboarding Manager to join us. Join our Global Client Service Operations team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding and implementation services for institutional clients. As a Client Onboarding Manager, you’ll lead complex projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and ensure seamless delivery of client mandates and fund structures in a dynamic and growing environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating end-to-end implementation of new client mandates and change events
  • Managing operational elements of fund structures and defining processes during transitions
  • Leading project timelines and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives
  • Reviewing and validating legal documentation in line with client requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across multiple business areas
  • Acting as an internal consultant to advise on implementation requirements and best practices
  • Facilitating client meetings and calls to provide progress updates and ensure transparency
  • Designing and improving processes to maintain a risk-controlled and compliant environment

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in investment management with a focus on onboarding and client service
  • Experience onboarding international clients, including working with German KvGs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, LDI strategies, and derivatives
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence outcomes across stakeholders
  • Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and solution-oriented with a focus on client objectives
