Join our dynamic IT Operations team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service support across Retail Retirements. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. What you'll be doing:

  • Providing expertise and resolution for incidents, requests, and problems within agreed service levels.
  • Maintaining and sharing knowledge of systems and processes across the team.
  • Monitoring and reporting on service availability using appropriate tools.
  • Escalating issues that could impact service levels or cause extended outages.
  • Supporting change initiatives and adhering to change control procedures.
  • Contributing to disaster recovery planning and continuity testing.
  • Collaborating with third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications: Who we're looking for:

  • ITIL Service Management certification (or equivalent).
  • Experience in a service support role, ideally supporting multiple business services.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management in an outsourced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, Lean methodology, and DevOps principles.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and share knowledge within a team.
  • Understanding of the Retail Retirements and Workplace Pensions industry and its regulatory frameworks.
