Are you naturally curious, creative and always looking for better ways to engage people? We're looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to help shape the future of learning at Legal & General. This is an exciting hybrid opportunity to join our People & Leadership Development team at a time of significant change, following the launch of a brand-new Learning Experience Platform. You'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences, helping colleagues develop their skills and ensuring our learning content remains relevant, accessible and impactful. Whether your experience comes from learning and development, content creation, communications, digital engagement or a similar field, we'd love to hear from you if you're passionate about creating content that connects with people.
Salary £36,000, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and developing engaging digital learning content and pathways
- Supporting the ongoing evolution of our Learning Experience Platform
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand learning needs and priorities
- Creating engaging learning experiences using innovative approaches and formats
- Monitoring learner engagement, completion rates and feedback data
- Working with external providers to ensure content remains current and effective
- Testing and quality assuring learning content and user experiences
- Identifying opportunities to improve learning solutions through insight and analysis
