  • What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing the collation and timely delivery of client and consultant data, ensuring services are delivered within agreed service levels and in line with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Applying investment management knowledge and maintaining an understanding of products, clients, competitors and the wider market to support high-quality client outcomes
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts across the business to coordinate and deliver ad hoc queries and data requests, managing activities through to completion in line with client expectations
  • Promoting a robust control environment by documenting processes and controls, ensuring the accuracy, quality and timeliness of client deliverables while mitigating operational risk
  • Supporting team flexibility and capability development by sharing knowledge, cross‑training colleagues and enhancing skills to meet the needs of the wider Client Service Operations network
  • Reviewing, maintaining and improving procedures, controls and processes, updating documentation and completing control and error logs as required, while prioritising clients' best interests and effective risk management

Who we're looking for

  • Good academic background, preferably degree qualified
  • An understanding of the investment management industry
  • Significant attention to detail and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Prior experience in the production of reports (not necessarily in the finance/investment industry) is preferrable but not essential
  • Strong workflow management experience
  • Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and proven to work on your own initiative
