The Role
You will manage a broad caseload of both residential and commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions.
- Advising clients on a wide range of property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, and related transactions.
- Delivering an exceptional standard of client service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Working closely with the Property Partner and wider team to ensure a smooth succession and continued growth of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with significant property law experience.
- Strong experience across both residential and commercial property matters.
- Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
