The firm is now seeking a talented conveyancing professional to join its thriving residential property team — with the opportunity to step into a Legal Director position for the right candidate.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a diverse range of residential property matters, from high-value transactions and new-build developments to complex leaseholds, shared ownership, and rural properties. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting and developing a team of conveyancers and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing a wide variety of residential transactions, including both routine and complex matters
  • Providing expert advice to clients and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Driving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across the department
  • Contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives

About You

You’ll be an experienced conveyancer (qualified solicitor, CLC, or equivalent) with a proven track record of handling complex residential property work.

  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing
  • Experience supervising or managing a small team
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
