The firm is now seeking a talented conveyancing professional to join its thriving residential property team — with the opportunity to step into a Legal Director position for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead on a diverse range of residential property matters, from high-value transactions and new-build developments to complex leaseholds, shared ownership, and rural properties. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting and developing a team of conveyancers and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a wide variety of residential transactions, including both routine and complex matters
- Providing expert advice to clients and ensuring excellent service delivery
- Managing and mentoring junior team members
- Driving efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction across the department
- Contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives
About You
You’ll be an experienced conveyancer (qualified solicitor, CLC, or equivalent) with a proven track record of handling complex residential property work.
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of conveyancing
- Experience supervising or managing a small team
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
