Are you a newly qualified or junior Residential Property Solicitor looking to build your career within a progressive, national law firm?
We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing full-service firms, offering an excellent opportunity for an NQ to 2 PQE solicitor to develop their conveyancing expertise in a supportive, modern environment with genuine long-term prospects.
The Role
You’ll join a well-established residential property team handling a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, with the right level of supervision and mentoring to support your development.
Your work will include:
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Assisting on sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Working closely with senior solicitors and support staff to ensure smooth transactions
- Developing technical knowledge and client-handling skills within a structured team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with experience in residential conveyancing
- Solid grounding in residential property law and conveyancing processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
