The Role You will manage a varied residential property caseload, handling matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential property caseload independently. Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process. Liaising with agents, lenders, developers, and third parties. Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships. Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team. About You Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property. Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and independently. Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing team.
