The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with a focus on delivering a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling freehold transactions, with some leasehold matters
- Delivering high-quality client care throughout the process
- Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth case progression
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing files independently from start to finish
- Strong organisational and client communication skills
- Open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced fee earners
- Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented
