We are partnering with a highly accredited, full-service law firm with a strong regional presence and excellent reputation across Coventry, Warwickshire and the Midlands. Following strategic expansion and recent acquisitions, including a long-established Nuneaton practice, the firm is further strengthening its Commercial Property capability and is now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join the team. About the Role
- Practise across a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, refinances and related transactional work.
- Deliver high-quality legal advice to a varied client base, including local businesses, landlords, tenants and developers.
- Work collaboratively within the commercial property team while managing your own files with autonomy.
- Engage with clients and professionals across the region, building strong professional relationships and contributing to further business growth.
Your Experience
- Qualified solicitor with strong commercial property experience.
- A track record of managing files independently, providing clear and pragmatic advice.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a varied caseload.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and commercial awareness.
