The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, supported by intuitive technology and a dedicated legal operations team. You’ll also work closely with paralegals and administrators, ensuring a balanced workload and minimal administrative burden — allowing you to focus on client care and quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload
  • Proven ability to manage files from instruction to post-completion independently
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Confidence using digital case management systems
  • Qualified or unqualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner)
