Job Description
Senior Residential Conveyancer | £55,000 to £68,000
Autonomy. Quality. Smarter Conveyancing.
What if you could use your experience to focus on high-quality legal work, rather than simply being expected to manage more and more files?
We're partnering with a forward-thinking, award-winning property law firm that has built its conveyancing model around experienced lawyers, excellent technology and strong operational support.
This is a modern practice where quality, efficiency and client service are prioritised over traditional high-volume working.
If you're an experienced conveyancer looking for more autonomy, better systems and a working environment that actually allows you to use your expertise, this could be the right next move.
Why This Role Stands Out
This isn't about measuring seniority by the size of your caseload.
It's about giving experienced conveyancers the infrastructure and support they need to manage transactions properly, deal with more technical work and deliver an excellent service to clients.
You'll benefit from
- Industry-leading case management technology that removes unnecessary administration
- Strong legal operations and administrative support
- A collaborative team of experienced property professionals
- Well-established processes designed to improve efficiency and consistency
The result?
More control over your workload.
More time for complex legal work.
Better communication with clients and fewer of the frustrations associated with traditional conveyancing environments.
The Role
You'll work as part of an experienced residential conveyancing team, taking responsibility for your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion within a structured, technology-led environment.
You'll be trusted to manage transactions independently, deal with more complex matters and use your experience to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
The firm's systems and support teams are designed to minimise repetitive administration, allowing senior conveyancers to concentrate on technical work, progressing transactions and delivering excellent client service.
About You
- Minimum 4 years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong experience managing files from instruction through to post-completion
- Confident dealing with more complex residential property transactions
- Excellent communicator with a strong focus on client service
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, or highly experienced fee earner
You'll thrive in an environment where your experience is trusted, quality is valued and you're given the tools and support to do your job properly.
- The Package
- £55,000 to £68,000 depending on experience
- Fully remote, work from anywhere in the UK
