The Role
As a Conveyancing Partner, you’ll take strategic and operational responsibility for a residential property practice, combining fee-earning with leadership, business development, and team growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a residential conveyancing team
- Managing and growing a high-quality residential property caseload
- Driving business development, client relationships, and referrer networks
- Playing a key role in the firm’s wider growth strategy and regional expansion
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing solicitors and support staff

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing
