Legal Talent Partners is a boutique recruitment agency specialising in the conveyancing sector. Founded by two experienced Directors with over 15+ years’ combined expertise, we are an ambitious start-up with exciting growth plans and a modern approach to recruitment.

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Business Support Administrator to work closely with the directors and support the day-to-day running of the business. This opportunity is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be involved across administration, recruitment support, marketing, and general business operations. As part of joining a start-up, there is the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of areas within the business, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, positive, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities as the business grows.

This role would particularly suit someone who has previously worked within conveyancing (for example, as a legal assistant or administrator) and is looking to apply their knowledge in a new and rewarding sector or a great fit for someone with experience as a recruitment assistant or administrator who is looking for a broader, more involved role with greater variety and ownership.

We welcome applications from those seeking reduced or flexible hours to fit around their lifestyle, and who are excited by the opportunity to join a business at an early stage and make a real impact.

You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and confident communicating with a range of people. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and take pride in being someone the team can rely on.

You should be comfortable supporting across multiple areas of the business — from admin and coordination through to candidate sourcing and marketing activity — and be happy to roll up your sleeves wherever needed. Previous experience in conveyancing or recruitment support would be highly beneficial, but just as important is the right attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Due to occasional in-person requirements, you should be based within a commutable distance of Exeter or Newcastle upon Tyne.

Benefits

  • £26,000 – £30,000 FTE (pro rata)
  • Part-time: 8:30am–3:00pm, 4 or 5 days per week (flexible around working patterns).
  • Remote-first: 3-day onboarding + monthly meet-ups (commutable to either Exeter or Newcastle upon Tyne)
  • 25 days holiday (pro rata) + Christmas Eve + your birthday off

Why Join Us?

This is more than just a support role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a business from the ground up, gain hands-on experience across multiple areas, and contribute to the direct success of the business.
