The Role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll play an important role within a friendly, collaborative conveyancing team. You’ll work closely with experienced Solicitors and Conveyancers on a variety of residential property transactions, gaining hands-on experience, structured mentoring, and real opportunities for career growth.
The key responsibility for this position will be supporting the team with the Exchange element of the process. There is plenty of scope for future progression into all aspects of the caseloads.
About You
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal, ideally within a busy property department
- Experience supporting on a range of residential conveyancing matters (some file-handling experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing within the field
