The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer on behalf of our client to join their expanding team. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering genuine flexibility while still being part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property transactions, ensuring each matter is handled with efficiency and the highest levels of client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, and new builds.
  • Provide clear and proactive updates to clients throughout the process.
  • Build strong relationships with estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all files meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Residential Conveyancer, handling your own caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently within a remote role.
  • Confident using technology and adapting to new systems.
