The Role
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling complex sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, and remortgages
- Providing a high standard of client care and acting as a trusted advisor
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior solicitors and support staff
- Liaising with agents, lenders, developers, and other third parties
- Contributing to process improvements and best practice across the team
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members (or keen to do so)
- Ambitious and motivated to progress within a large, modern firm
