We’re working with an established property law firm looking for an experienced residential conveyancer who is confident managing a high-volume caseload and wants to get on with their files without the pressure of team management or constant career progression.
This is a straightforward role focused on handling conveyancing matters, progressing transactions and delivering excellent client service.

The Role
You’ll manage residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, taking ownership of your caseload and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.
The role is high volume, with a caseload of around 70–100 live matters once fully up to speed, potentially reaching 100 during particularly busy periods. Cases will be drip-fed to ensure the workload is built up appropriately.
You’ll deal with clients and third parties, resolve issues as they arise and keep transactions moving through to completion.
There is no expectation to manage a team, the focus is simply on handling your files and delivering a high-quality conveyancing service.
About You
You’ll ideally have 4+ years’ residential conveyancing experience and be confident managing a busy caseload independently.
You will have:
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong client communication skills
- The ability to work independently and remotely
- A proactive approach to progressing transactions
This role will suit someone who is less interested in management and progression and more interested in working remotely, focusing on conveyancing and getting on with the job.
Salary and Bonus
- Up to £55,000, depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus paid twice yearly, in April and October
- Bonus scheme is discretionary and not contractual
