The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. You’ll have ownership of your files and will be expected to manage your workload effectively, keep clients updated throughout their transactions and ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately. The role would suit a conveyancer who enjoys having responsibility for their own caseload and takes pride in providing clear, practical and personable advice to clients.

About You

Experience handling your own residential conveyancing files. Confident managing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong client communication skills and a personable approach. Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team. Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional or experienced conveyancing fee earner. You’ll be someone who takes ownership, communicates well and genuinely cares about delivering a high-quality service to clients.
