We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer / Case Handler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload while delivering an outstanding client experience.

The Role

You'll be responsible for handling your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and clients receive a high standard of service throughout the transaction.

About You

  • 3–5 years' post-qualified experience (PQE) or equivalent experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Ideally, a recognised legal qualification (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX), although experienced non-qualified candidates will also be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
