We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking residential conveyancing firm that is using technology, smarter processes and a collaborative team structure to change the way property law is delivered.
The firm is built around a simple idea: conveyancing should be simpler, clearer and faster — for clients and the people delivering it. If you’re an experienced conveyancing paralegal looking for greater autonomy, better technology, a sustainable workload and the flexibility of a fully remote role, this could be an excellent next move.
This is not a traditional conveyancing environment where paralegals are left to manage overwhelming caseloads with little support. You’ll work within small, collaborative teams, with regular check-ins, structured 1-to-1s, feedback and personalised training.
The firm takes a quality over quantity approach to workload, maintaining sustainable caseloads and giving teams capacity to deal with peaks without compromising client service.
- Sustainable caseloads and a strong focus on work-life balance
- Bespoke technology designed around legal teams
- A culture where asking for help is encouraged
- Fully remote working with genuine flexibility
- A more manageable workload, better support and the freedom to focus on delivering excellent conveyancing rather than simply processing as many files as possible.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll be an integral part of a residential conveyancing team, working alongside lawyers and other paralegals to deliver an excellent client service.
- Handling freehold sales with minimal supervision
- Managing most leasehold sale enquiries with minimal supervision
- Managing most freehold purchase enquiries with minimal supervision
The firm's technology has been developed specifically around its conveyancing process, and legal professionals are encouraged to provide feedback on the tools they use every day.
Strong experience in residential conveyancing, confidence working independently in a remote environment, and an interest in using technology to improve legal work are essential.
This role is suited to an experienced paralegal with strong technical conveyancing skills who is ready to take greater ownership of their work. Although fully remote, you won’t be left alone with a laptop and a pile of files. Rather than chasing maximum utilisation, it takes a sustainable approach to workload, helping teams maintain consistent service levels while giving people room to deal with the unexpected.
Its technology helps allocate work, streamline processes and keep teams informed, while its remote-working model is built around communication, supervision, feedback and development. People are encouraged to share ideas, challenge processes and help shape the future of the business.
30,000–£40,000 depending on experience. Fully remote – work from anywhere in the UK. Flexible working hours. 25 days' holiday + 3 days at Christmas + Bank Holidays. Full home-working setup and equipment provided. Comprehensive private healthcare. Free access to Spill mental health and wellbeing support. Company pension scheme. Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave. Growth Shares, giving employees an opportunity to share in the long-term success of the business. Fully paid-for annual company weekend. Structured development and genuine progression opportunities.
The firm's flexible approach is a key part of its culture, with many employees working flexible hours or part-time. If you're an experienced conveyancing paralegal looking for a genuinely modern, supportive and flexible place to build your career, we'd love to hear from you.
