About the Role
You'll manage a defined caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
You'll be responsible for
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Providing clear, practical advice and excellent client care
- Managing deadlines, workload and your caseload pipeline
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintaining accurate and compliant files
- Using case management systems and digital tools effectively
- Working closely with and supervising any assistant allocated to you
- Identifying and escalating risk, complaints and compliance issues
- Contributing to business development and team initiatives
About You
We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with
- Strong residential conveyancing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent IT and case management system experience
- A confident, professional and client-focused approach
- The ability to deal effectively with complex transactions and challenging clients
Licensed Conveyancer/CLC qualification or equivalent recognised qualification required.
