You'll be responsible for: Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion Providing clear, practical advice and excellent client care Managing deadlines, workload and your caseload pipeline Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties Maintaining accurate and compliant files Using case management systems and digital tools effectively Working closely with and supervising any assistant allocated to you Identifying and escalating risk, complaints and compliance issues Contributing to business development and team initiatives About You We're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with: Strong residential conveyancing experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage a caseload independently Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent IT and case management system experience A confident, professional and client-focused approach The ability to deal effectively with complex transactions and challenging clients Licensed Conveyancer/CLC qualification or equivalent recognised qualification required.
