- Processing completion funds in accordance with firm procedures
- Preparing and submitting HM Land Registry applications, including AP1 applications
- Managing Land Registry requisitions and monitoring registrations through to completion
- Serving notices on landlords, management companies and other third parties where required
- Supporting new build and plot sale registrations
- Assisting with mortgage discharges, redemption statements and retention matters
- Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system
- Supporting continuous improvements to completion and post-completion processes
You'll already have experience working within residential conveyancing and enjoy the detail-oriented nature of completions and post-completion work. You'll ideally have:

- Experience of completions and/or post-completion processes
- A good understanding of HM Land Registry applications and registration procedures
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Confident IT skills and experience using case management systems
- Experience with SDLT submissions, Land Registry requisitions, new build transactions, lender portals or the Solicitors Accounts Rules would be advantageous but isn't essential.
