The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You’ll be supported by intuitive technology and a dedicated legal operations team, allowing you to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service. You’ll also collaborate closely with paralegals and administrative support teams to ensure workloads remain manageable and administrative tasks are kept to a minimum — giving you more time to focus on delivering quality outcomes for clients.
What We're Looking For
- A Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
- Proven ability to handle files independently from instruction through to post-completion
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Confidence using digital case management systems
- Qualified or unqualified candidates considered (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced Fee Earner)
